About The Constellation of
Stars Awards Gala
The San Antonio Women’s Chamber of Commerce (SAWCC) Foundation, in partnership with the SAWCC, is proud present the 8th Annual Constellation of Stars Awards Gala at which time we will honor women in our community who personify the pillars of our mission to Advocate, Connect, and Empower women, girls and family in our community.
In addition to our Honorees, our goal is to salute military women during Veteran’s weekend. This is still one of our core values. In conjunction with the 75th Anniversary of D-Day during WWII, our Spirit of Courage Award will be given by Brig. Gen. Laura Lenderman, Commander of JBSA, to three inspirational women that served in that war. In addition to our beloved Lila Cockrell (to be awarded posthumously), two other 97-year-old women will receive the tribute: Anna Gatti and Dorothy Lucas.
The Gala will be held once more at Valero’s beautiful headquarters in The Vista, which boasts a scenic view of the UTSA campus near Loop 1604.
Upon your arrival there will be time to mingle and peruse through the numerous silent auction items in our reception area. As we proceed with our awards ceremony our dinner will also include a live auction.
This event will certainly be a time of great celebration for these outstanding women and one that you won’t want to miss. Reserve your seat to join using the registration link below to purchase your sponsorship, table or individual ticket today!
